Shipments will normally be received within 48-72 hours from the effective verification of payment.
– The period is always approximate and is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
– On specific and festive dates in Spain (Easter, Malaga fair, etc.), the delivery time may be extended by non-working days.
– The shipping cost is fixed, there are no surcharges for weight or quantity of products.
Our store includes shipping and packaging in the price for the perfect conservation of the items during transport.
If you have not received your package within a maximum of 10 days, please contact us.

Returns
– The products that are going to be returned must be in the same conditions in which they were sent. They must keep the original packaging, labels, guarantees, etc.
– Unless the return is due to an error on our part, or a factory defect, exchanges will only be allowed for other products.
– Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, or a factory defect, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
– No return with postage due will be accepted without it having been previously accepted by our customer service.
Changes
To exchange a garment, we will be the ones who manage the shipment. . You have 14 working days from receipt of your order (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
